Screening
Regardless of which service you book, I require these specific screening steps for all new clients for obvious safety reasons. There is absolutely no exception to this, so please do NOT email me to ask if I will make an exception for you. I can assure you that all of your information will be kept confidential, and your needs for discretion and privacy will be honored.
When filling out my booking form, the following information is non-negotiable:
Your legal first and last name.
A link to verify your occupation such as an active LinkedIn profile (not one created on the spot for this very purpose) or a work website with your bio. If the website has no information on you, then that doesn’t count. I don’t accept Facebook/Instagram profiles or business cards. Don’t worry - I don’t contact anyone in your network, this is simply for proof of occupation. If you are unable to provide a link (student, retired, no website, etc), I simply require a 50% deposit - this is only for the first time we meet & goes towards the total cost of your session.
After you’ve submitted your booking form, I will reach out to discuss scheduling and ask that you send me the following items (I will normally ask for this in my first email, so don’t be surprised):
A government issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport. You’re welcome to blur out the ID number and address if you’d like, but your name, birthdate and photo must be visible. This image is only for initial identification and will be deleted immediately after our first in-person meeting.
Let me know how you’d like to submit the deposit for the appointment. Accepted forms of payment are Cash App, Zelle, credit/debit card, or a purchase from my wishlist. If using card, I would send you an invoice to pay via Square. The name that would appear on your statement is "CMLLC." I do not accept Venmo or Paypal.
*No, I do not accept references for screening nor do I give references to other providers (for privacy reasons). Do NOT email me to ask if I will make an exception for you.
*I don’t use/accept P411.
Booking Form
I will not respond to incomplete forms or rude/snarky/entitled responses. If for any reason you can’t fill out the screening information required, please explain why either on the form or via email. “N/A” will not suffice.
Please check my rates before filling this out.
Once you submit your form, I will reach out to you via email to handle logistics (screening, deposit, etc). After these details are taken care of, we can move the conversation to Signal texting if you prefer that over email.
Although I do my best to respond as quickly as possible to form submissions, it can take up to 24 hours to get back to you. If you don’t see an email from me by then, check your spam folder, especially if you use Gmail.
If we’ve already met, you don’t have to fill out this form again. Just email or send me a message on Signal :)
Contact
If you still have questions after reading through my website, you can email me at aikochimera@protonmail.com. (Note that there is also a section on my booking form for questions related to the requested appointment.) Please be respectful and professional in all of your correspondence. I will not respond to those who cannot form complete sentences and any questions/comments that are disrespectful or sexual in nature.
The most secure & reliable forms of communication I use are Signal for text/calling (but only those who fill out my booking form with the appropriate info will have access to my number) and Protonmail for email. Signal is an independent nonprofit not tied to any tech companies. Protonmail is a Swiss company devoted to protecting privacy rights. Texts, calls and emails are end to end & zero-access encrypted using these platforms. I recommend you utilize them if you are looking for a high level of privacy. They are both free to download and easy to use.
I no longer use regular texting via SMS (the default texting service on your phone) because I find it to be unreliable. Sometimes messages don’t go through, and they are also not encrypted. If you want to be able to text/call me, I only use the Signal app. With Signal, not only are messages/calls end to end encrypted, there is an option to delete messages from both devices, and there is confirmation that the message has been sent & delivered (& read by the other party if that setting is on as well). You can sign up for free using your current number.
I’m also on Twitter/X but am gradually switching over to Bluesky, a social media platform originally created by the founder of Twitter (contrary to X, you don’t need an account to fully view Bluesky profiles).
